This collage represents the childhood of the person, which the collages are loosely based on. It shows the child carefree and happy with their life, as any child should be. Behind the child, on the ball, there is the symbol which appears in the last collage. This shows the child defining who they are and becoming that person right from childhood. I interpret this as a development of character, and believe that even from childhood a person develops their character and has a sense of who they are. The blue numbers that look like a cloud is the pathway that the child will take into becoming older. The rainbow in the background further represents the happiness and beauty of a child. The red symbol towards the top of the collage is something lurking in the background, which they may not understand about yet, but will become more evident as they grow. I have made the child and mother small compared to the collage, as I wanted to show the room for growth and opportunity, as the background. This is room allowing the child to dream. This is the reason for the title of my 5 collages, Runaway Dreamer.
